  14. 3/4 cup fresh cream

  1. Take 1/2 kg cleaned mutton in a bowl.
  2. Let̢۪s marinate with a teaspoon turmeric powder,

    1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste,

    2 teaspoons red chilli powder,

    1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder,

    1 teaspoon salt.

    Mix ingredients with fingers for better masala absorption. Marinate for 20 minutes.
  3. After 20 minutes,
    Heat 2 to 3 tablespoons butter in a heavy based pan.
  4. Add the marinated mutton and fry till colour changes. Add 4 finely chopped onions.
  5. Use 3 ripe tomatoes to extract tomato purée. Add to the meat.

    Add 1 cup finely chopped cilantros.
  6. Add 1 cup cashew paste and fresh cream.
  7. Cover and cook the meat for 20 minutes in medium heat till mutton is done. Stir occasionally.
