  4. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  5. 1 tsp salt
  6. 2 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 2 tsp lemon juice
  8. 2 tbsp oil
  9. for gravy:
  10. 3 tbsp oil
  11. 2 large chopped onion
  12. 2 large chopped tomato
  13. 10-12 cashews
  14. 5-6 almonds
  15. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  16. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  17. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  18. 1 tsp chaat masala powder
  19. 1/2 cup milk (you can use water)
  20. 2-3 green chillies chopped
  21. 2 tbsp fresh cream
  22. 2 tsp fenugreek leaves

Instructions to make to make Chicken changezi

  1. First marinate the chicken with the listed ingredients and leave for 3-4 hours.
  2. Heat up a pan with 2 tbsp oil add the marinate chicken pieces to it and fry for 4-5 minutes.
  3. In the same pan add 1&1/2 tbsp oil add chopped onion sauté it for few seconds add cashews and almonds and sauté it now add chopped tomato and cook till soft and turn off the flame.
  4. Let it cool down and blend it to a smooth and fine paste.
  5. Now heat up a pan with 1&1/2 tbsp oil add ginger garlic paste sauté it, now add chopped green chilli fry it for few seconds, add red chilli powder,garam masala powder chaat masala powder fry for few seconds now add ground paste and add 1/2 cup milk and mix nicely and cook for 1 minute on low to medium flame.
  6. Now add the fried chicken and mix it nicely with the gravy, cover the lid and cook for a minute now add 2 tbsp cream and fenugreek leaves and give a good mix and turn off the flame.
  7. Now pour in a dish and garnish with some cream and fenugreek leaves and serve hot.
